It seems that the web crew over at CBS.com have recently given Dave Letterman’s website the once over and the results are pretty awesome I must say. I generally visit the site once a day to find out who’s going to be on the show on any given night, but I also use it to view/relive clips from previous interviews and shows.
In the past the video section of his site, known as “DaveTV” has been a bit clumsy and hard to navigate. Not any more. Categorised, tagged and fully searchable, it’s never been easier to find your favourite clips or interviews with your favourite stars.
You may need the “Real Player” plugin for whatever browser you are using, but you’ll be prompted to download and install it if and when required.
You can, of course peruse the same sort of clips on the “Jay Leno” or “Conan O’Brien” sites, but the indexing is no where near as intuitive or effective.
