It’s with a burst of exuberant alliteration that I am pronouncing I am officially excited about the pending Summer season here in Vancouver.
Summer equates to a whole swag of cool stuff like late evening dinners on the beach watching the sun set, fireworks competitions, agonising hikes up big hills, concerts galore, and countless other opportunities with friends.
Last year’s Summer proved to be a tonne of fun all around and I have no doubt that this year will dish up much the same.
To kick things off, I had my first ride around Vancouver’s Stanley Park Seawall this evening. Definitely one of the most popular things to do for the tourists who journey to this town, the seawall provides some of the best views of the down town core and gives you easy access to attractions dotted throughout the park such as the totem poles, the aquarium and more.
Vancouver Blogger “BulletProofCourier” has now made it possible for all my readers back at home in Australia (and those here in Vancouver who have yet to experience the seawall themselves), to experience a circuit of the seawall from the comfort of your own computer screen.
The following video, lasting approximately 3 and a half minutes gives you a great perspective of the ride that I do around 2-3 times a week during the Summer after work. Enjoy.
