Following the big Vancouver Canucks win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night, I headed out to Delta with Chris to watch and photograph his hockey team “Band of Brothers” play an 8:30pm game. Since I knew a bunch of the other guys playing on the team, I think they were more than happy for me to join them on their bench, rink-side for the three periods.
The boys put up a mighty fight, but ended up going down by a single goal despite a strong late-game push and a last minute goal, set amongst a lot of wild slashing courtesy of their lippy and pretty whimpy opponents (ie. all talk, no muscle).
