John Mayer Rocks Vancouver

Short and sharp entry to share a few photos from the John Mayer concert out at Vancouver's "Pacific Coliseum", that Amy and I attended tonight. After a brief bite to eat at the Steamwork's Brewery down near Waterfront Station, we headed into the PNE and took our seats.
As per usual, JM really turned it on for the reasonably large crowd (bear in mind the Canucks were playing on the other side of town) with a fantastic mixture of songs from his current release "Continuum" as well as some of the hits that have elevated to his current level of musical stardom. The night's set list went something like this:
Belief
No Such Thing
Good Love is On the Way
Slow Dancing in a Burning Room
Clarity
Waiting on the World to Change
Bigger Than My Body
The Heart of Life
Vultures
I Don't Need No Doctor
Why Georgia
Gravity– encore –
Your Body is a Wonderland
I'm Gonna Find Another You
I think the highlight for me was probably the jam that John and the guys broke into towards the end of "Gravity" which ended up concluding the main set. He truly is a wizard with a six-string in his hands.
Now some pics with big thanks to Amy...

I'm sad I missed that one
The concert was boring if you believe what the Georgia Straight has to say. But who would? That entire paper seems to be written by a bunch of pretentious scum bags. I don't think I've read a positive review for any CD, movie or concert since I got here. Enlightening comment, isn't this?
